We are located directly at Bahnhofplatz 1, 6370 Kitzbühel – 50 metres from Kitzbühel main station. The town centre is 600 m away on foot, the KitzSki Hornbahn 750 m and the Hahnenkammbahn 1.5 km.
What is the best way to get to the HENRI Kitzbühel by train?
The Kitzbühel train station is right next to the hotel – 50 metres on foot, that's all it takes. From Munich you can be there in around two hours (with a short stop in Wörgl), from Salzburg in around two hours and from Innsbruck in one and a half hours. If you want to travel in comfort: the Nightjet stops directly in Kitzbühel.
Which airports are closest?
The nearest airports are Salzburg (approx. 70 km / 60 min.), Innsbruck (approx. 100 km / 80 min.) and Munich (approx. 150 km / 90 min.). We are easily accessible from all three airports by shuttle, taxi or train.
How can I reach the HENRI Kitzbühel by car?
From Munich approx. 2 hours via A8/A12, exit Kufstein Süd, then B178 and B161 to Kitzbühel. From Salzburg approx. 1 hour. Please note: For Austrian motorways you need a valid vignette.

Yes – the KitzSki Hornbahn is only 750 metres away, the Hahnenkammbahn 1.5 km. Both are within easy walking distance. In winter we also offer a shuttle service on request.

Yes, we have covered parking spaces in the underground car park (€ 18 / night) as well as outdoor parking spaces directly at the hotel (€ 13 / night). A coach park is also available by prior arrangement. Please reserve your parking space when you book.

We have 84 individual rooms – and no two are the same. They are spread across three types of house with different styles: Haus Kaiser (Belle Époque), Haus Streif (Mid-Century / Tyrolean Fifties) and Haus Ache (newly interpreted Tyrolean charm). From the cosy single room to the spacious salon, there is something for everyone.
Do all rooms have WiFi?
Yes, fast WiFi is available free of charge in all rooms. The password is: HenriHotel. Almost all rooms also have a desk – for anyone who needs to take a quick look in while on holiday.
Are there rooms with a balcony or mountain view?
Yes, some of our rooms have balconies or mountain views. When booking, you can specify a corresponding request – we will take it into account if possible.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Our rooms are not air-conditioned – in the Kitzbühel mountains this is generally not an issue thanks to the fresh mountain air. In summer, fans ensure pleasant temperatures.

How often is the room cleaned?
For the sake of the environment, we clean the rooms every two days. If you would like daily cleaning, simply let reception know – no problem.

Our spa area includes a heated indoor pool (5 × 10 metres), a bio-sauna, a steam bath, a modern gym and a panoramic terrace with mountain views. Use is included in the room rate for hotel guests. Opening hours (daily): Pool & gym 7:00-21:00, sauna & steam bath 15:00-21:00.
Is the use of the spa included in the room rate?
Yes – for all hotel guests, use of the indoor pool, bio sauna, steam bath, gym and panoramic terrace is included free of charge in the room rate. No extra charge, no surprises.
Is there a breakfast at the HENRI Kitzbühel?
Yes – and it's one of our centrepieces. A rich breakfast buffet awaits you in our open kitchen: freshly prepared spreads, eggs, a selection of cold meats and cheeses, sweet jams, croissants, homemade Bircher muesli, yoghurts and freshly baked rolls. In summer, the best place to enjoy them is on our "Ache" sun terrace or in the pavement café garden.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
This depends on your booking rate. Most of our rates include breakfast – please check this when you make your booking or ask us directly.
Is there a bar or facilities for drinks in the evening?
Yes – and around the clock, in two ways: the self-service fridge in the lobby, Red Salon and in-house kitchen is stocked 24/7 with soft drinks, beer and wine. The house bar "Mix your own drink" is open daily from 12:00 to 24:00 - simply write it down and hand it in at reception. No curfew stress, all HENRI.
Can dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free) be catered for?
Of course. We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options – please let us know your requirements when booking or at the latest at check-in so that we are optimally prepared for you.
Is there an afternoon snack at the HENRI Kitzbühel?
Yes, the typical Tyrolean snack with bacon & cheese is served daily from 17:00 to 19:00 – drinks are exclusive. The perfect end to an active day in the mountains before the house bar takes over.

Yes – your dog is very welcome! We charge €15 per dog per night. We will prepare a cosy blanket, food and drink bowl and treats for your four-legged friend. Please note: Your dog must be kept on a lead throughout the house. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the hotel kitchen and spa area.

Are there dog exercise areas or dog-friendly hiking trails nearby?
Yes – Kitzbühel is a paradise for dogs and their humans. There is a free, fenced-in dog meadow right by the Schwarzsee lake (2.5 km). Wonderful walks lead around the lake and through the Kitzbühel Alps. The vet is also nearby at a veterinary practice in Kitzbühel.
Does the HENRI Kitzbühel have conference rooms?
Yes – five flexible function rooms for events with up to 100 participants: Ache Galerie 1 (80 m², up to 40 people), Salon Milano (95 m², up to 100 people), Spiegelsaal (55 m²), Klausner Stube (35 m², up to 10 people) and Ache Galerie 2 (62 m², yoga/workout). All rooms are equipped with a projector, screen, flipchart and fast WiFi.
