We rent parking spaces (20 €/night) in the backyard (very narrow access) or in a private garage within walking distance. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation in advance. Please come to Bugenhagenstraße 21 with your car for check-in and we will discuss the possibilities. There are also several public car parks in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times at HENRI Hotel Hamburg?

You can check in at the HENRI Hotel Hamburg from 15:00. Our regular check-out time is until 12:00 noon.

What is the best way to travel by train?

The HENRI Hotel Hamburg is located in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station (400 metres). Leave the station in the direction of Mönckebergstraße and cross Steintorwall. Follow Spitalerstraße and then turn left onto Lange Mühren. Cross Mönckebergstraße and then turn right into Bugenhagenstraße. The hotel is 170 metres on the left-hand side.

Is it possible to travel to HENRI Hamburg by plane?

Yes, from Hamburg Airport "Helmut Schmidt" (8 km) it takes about 20 - 30 minutes by taxi.
The S-Bahn line S 1 commutes every 10 minutes from the airport directly at the terminals to the main railway station. From the main station follow the description under "by train", see above.

We don't have a traditional restaurant at HENRI. We want you to feel at home. Are you hungry or thirsty? Then come to our Kontorküche! A well-stocked fridge with drinks awaits you. Small snacks (nuts, chocolate, crisps) and also something for the bigger appetite (salads, soups,...) are available for you around the clock.

Yes, the HENRI Spa is accessible to guests as a private spa. Booking in advance at reception is required. For 2 people we charge €25 for two hours including the sauna bag with a bathrobe and slippers for hire. Sauna towels are available in the spa.

For 2 people we charge €25 for two hours including the sauna bag with a bathrobe and slippers for hire. For single use of the spa area you pay €15 for 2 hours.

What does the sauna bag contain?

We provide you with a cosy bathrobe and slippers. You will find sauna towels in the spa area.

Does the HENRI Hotel Hamburg offer treatments or massages?

No, at HENRI Hamburg you can use the fitness area free of charge and the sauna area for a fee, we do not offer massages.

Are children allowed to use the spa and fitness area at the HENRI Hotel Hamburg?

Yes, children aged 16 and older may use the fitness area at HENRI Hamburg. Children may only use the spa area when accompanied by a parent.

How are the rooms at the HENRI Hotel Hamburg equipped?

All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is the possibility to prepare coffee and tea. In suites there is the possibility to book a kitchenette (plus 30 € final cleaning). Please write to us before your visit at hello@henri-hamburg.com if you require a kitchenette.

We can provide a baby cot in the L-studios and suites. Please make sure you book this in advance!

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an extra bed for a third person. In our suites it is possible to add a sofa bed (20 €/night). Please book this in advance.
